The Flood Chronicles Chronicles of Isrogant

The next world

Armidion

Coming soon — the waiting list is open

A new continent, raised fresh from the same lore — a different land, recognisably the same world. With Vethara and Calderis both full, Armidion is the next chronicle anyone may join. It is not open yet — but its waiting list is, and joining is free. Put your name down, and you will be first to hear the day it opens.

A world in preparation

Armidion will open as every Flood Chronicles world does: on the first day of Year 1, a little over a year after the Great Flood, with a circle of surviving city-states scattered across the ruin and a ring of lesser powers between them. From that low, equal beginning its rulers will carve out kingdoms, faiths, feuds and fortunes — and write, week by week, the history of an age.

What is different about Armidion is only that you can be there from the very first letter. Its thrones are not yet claimed, its map not yet drawn. The waiting list is how we gather the people first; when the seats are spoken for, the world is seeded around them and turn one opens.

A short film of the world Armidion belongs to.

The state of Armidion

Status
Not yet open — gathering its waiting list now.
To join
Free. The waiting list costs nothing and holds you to nothing.
When it opens
When the seats are spoken for. Everyone on the list is written to first.
The world
Not yet drawn — by design. The continent is seeded once its rulers have described their realms.
The age
Will open on the first day of Year 1, a little over a year after the Great Flood; one week passes per turn.
Cost once open
£5 per turn — paid with the turn, as on Calderis. Nothing is due until the world begins and you choose to play.
Resolution
A human game master will adjudicate every turn, with Claude as clerk and co-author; nothing reaches you unreviewed.
A note on fairness Every realm in Armidion will begin from the same low, equal base — the same starting population and treasury — so no one buys an advantage. What you will pay for, once it opens, is a living world and a game master genuinely paying attention. Advantage is earned in play, never at the door.
